ROYAL REBIRTH - a reinvented family sanctuary like no other
Genius design minds, a whopping Budget and a vision to create the forever home inspired this family to rebirth this robust 1980s suburban castle into something that is truly irreplaceable. I can say without an ounce of doubt that in my 17 year career I have never seen a makeover of such high calibre and as monumental in size as this. Literally from nearly every corner this home has been pulled apart and lovingly restored to the highest detail and quality. It's so refreshing to see how much forward vision, thought and planning has been invested here to make this home not just work but hum and what a beautiful hum it is…..
Now get ready for it, since the current owners have lived here they have invested a whopping itemised $573k not to mention all the free labour and qualified skill set by the owners themselves. Yes it's been a labour of love however their life position has changed and takes them to move closer to the city for work reasons giving you and your family the unprecedented opportunity to capitalize on their fully finished utopian hills lifestyle.
Just the street presence alone has attracted so much attention over the years with many locals having the privilege to watch this gigantic cocooned caterpillar transform into to its big blissful butterfly state. Once dated and bland the street appeal now pops and sings with its parkland gardens, children's playground wonderland and staggering contemporary face lift.
Inside the home is an invitation to excite and overload the senses no matter which way you turn. Nearly every square inch of this home has been reinstated with the most inviting contemporary finish that will leave you in awe of just how large scale this project was. Ideally suited to the larger family the floor plan offers a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms along with three large living areas including a stunning kitchen family and dining area, huge games / theatre room and a colossal up stairs parents retreat or lounge room with study nook.
Entertainers and green thumbs welcome to arguably one of the most amazing backyards you have ever encountered emulating a lavish Beer Garden come hotel resort come self sustainable sanctuary fully equipped with an almighty 91m2m gable patio with automated café blinds, inbuilt media wall, separate BBQ pavilion to hang with your mates whilst cooking and spinning yarns, huge newly renovated pool, manicured vegetable / herb garden, ultimate chicken run, storage sheds and more.
Words cannot paint a true picture of what this home truly represents it has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. To organise your inspection of this most amazing rebirthed family sanctuary that will leave you speechless contact Ben Ciocca and David Farrant.

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
The suburb has two shopping centres in the area including Lesmurdie Village on Sanderson Road and the Lesmurdie Road Shopping Centre on the corner of Rooth Rd and Lesmurdie Rd. There are three primary schools including Lesmurdie Primary School, Falls Road Primary School and St Brigid's, and also three high schools including Lesmurdie Senior High School, Mazenod College for boys and St Brigid's College for girls.
