** Tenanted until 22nd November 2026 **
This is one of the most beautiful forest homes we've ever seen!
What began as a cottage in the hills, has been lovingly crafted, upgraded and finessed over time, into the work of art family home you're about to enjoy!
The home has been completely revamped and now includes a stunning kitchen, a luxurious semi-ensuite bathroom, an expansive timber deck for outdoor entertaining, a secret multifunctional room (potential future 4th bedroom) and more! The highlight for me is the supremely stylish lounge room with its MASSIVE feature window, overlooking your own piece of forest. The room, like much of the home, is a perfect blend of contemporary features weaved in with classic character!
Of course, this is also a giant 4,290 sqm block in the hills too, so you get trees, space and SHEDS!! multiple sheds!
This is the perfect opportunity to secure not only a perfect property, but a beautiful one that may just make your friends and family more than a teeny bit jealous.
The time to hesitate is through - it's time to call the Mitchell Brothers

This suburb takes its name from Mahogany Creek, a picturesque tributary of Jane Brook which flows through the area. The creek was known by this name as early as 1830, and takes its name from the towering forest through which it flowed (mahogany was the early colonial name for Jarrah). This place is well known from "The Old Mahogany Inn" located here, an early colonial wayside inn, formerly known as the "Prince of Wales" Inn. The area was developed as orchard land in the 1890's, and a railway stopping place was established here in 1891.
Mahogany Creek is located within the Perth Hills and is part of the Shire of Mundaring. Facilities include Brown Park Main Hall, Mahogany Creek Hall and Danny Wimperus Reserve including a kids playground. This suburb is a close drive to Mundaring Village Shopping Centre and relies on neighbouring suburbs for primary and secondary schools.
