Dual Living Excellence.

Located on a generous 602sqm block, 36 Holloway Turn represents a rare and versatile opportunity that perfectly caters to multi-generational families or those seeking an astute investment with dual-income potential.

The primary residence is a masterclass in functional design, featuring four spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, complemented by two separate multipurpose areas, this home has something for everyone.
The master suite, situated at the front of the home, is spacious and built for convenience, complete with an ensuite offering generous storage and amenity, and a large walk-in robe. Continue down the hallway and you'll see the abundance of space this home has on offer. With two separate multipurpose rooms, you have the perfect space for a home office/study, childrens play room, lounge room or anything in between, allowing for both productive work-from-home days and quiet evening relaxation.

The kitchen is modern, complete with stone benchtops and 900mm oven and gas cooktop, generous fridge recess, plus a powered island bench and breakfast bar. A large walk-in pantry offers plenty of space for storage, and room to hide away the extra appliances in every modern kitchen. At the rear of the home are the three family bedrooms, all with built-in robes, along with a second bathroom with room for the whole family.

Every detail has been considered for long-term comfort and safety, from ducted reverse cycle air conditioning that maintains a perfect climate throughout the seasons to the installation of electric roller shutters that provide an elite level of security and peace of mind, or simply block out the light for those FIFO and night-shift workers. Step outside, and you'll find everything else this unique property has to offer.

A partially enclosed patio, low maintenance paved areas and garden beds, along with side access, allow for plenty of opportunities to make this space your own. The property's most unique asset is the fully self-contained granny flat, which offers two additional bedrooms, a private bathroom, and generous living space. The kitchenette and bathroom offer excellent functionality, plus the split system air conditioning keeps this space cool during our hot summers.
This auxiliary dwelling is an ideal solution for housing elderly parents, providing a teenage retreat, or generating a steady secondary income. Sustainability is another cornerstone of this home's appeal, as it is equipped with a high-performance solar system and battery backup, significantly insulating the household against inevitable rising utility costs.

Beyond the front door, the lifestyle on offer is synonymous with the relaxed, riverside charm of the Peel region. You are positioned just moments from the iconic Ravenswood Hotel and the scenic banks of the Murray River, while the bustling city amenities of Mandurah and the historic township of Pinjarra are both just a short drive away. For the modern explorer or commuter, the nearby freeway access acts as a gateway to the entire state, offering a direct route north to the Perth CBD and airport, or a seamless journey south to the world-class wineries and coastlines of our stunning South West.

Ravenswood overview

The townsite of Ravenswood is located in the south west region, 83 km south of Perth and 8 km south east of Mandurah. It is located on a bend in the Murray River, and was originally the name of a property taken up in this area by Adam Armstrong in the 1840's. Armstrong's property was known as "Ravenswood Farm". Ravenswood was known as a locality as early as 1895, and following private subdivision in the area in the 1960's the Shire of Murray requested the declaration of a townsite. The townsite of Ravenswood was gazetted in 1970.
