This is such an incredible home, on over half an acre of land which pretty well encapsulates all the things most people are looking for when moving to the hills.
Here you can enjoy almost 60 metres of creek flowing through the property in the winter months, with bridges and little water falls. You have side access and can drive all the way down to a massive barn style garage workshop at the rear of the property. And there's a tonne of open space too, just to enjoy nature and sports without even needing to leave your backyard.
You also get a pool and a huge gable entertainer's patio too.. all the ingredients are here for an EPIC house warming party and many years of fun family memories to create.
The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been freshly painted and has had all the carpets recently replaced. The entire home feels light and bright and ready to enjoy.
The central kitchen is spacious and well equipped - the oven even has an air-fryer feature!
AND your master bedroom is MASSIVE and includes multiple built in robes as well as a private ensuite.
The address is 359 Lesmurdie Rd but access is actually via a small slip lane that runs parallel to the main road, so just bear that in mind when you're trying to find us at the home open.

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
The suburb has two shopping centres in the area including Lesmurdie Village on Sanderson Road and the Lesmurdie Road Shopping Centre on the corner of Rooth Rd and Lesmurdie Rd. There are three primary schools including Lesmurdie Primary School, Falls Road Primary School and St Brigid's, and also three high schools including Lesmurdie Senior High School, Mazenod College for boys and St Brigid's College for girls.
