*** This property is tenanted until 29th November 2026 ***
This property is the trifecta of awesome!
Firstly, the 1979-built 3x1 is considerably bigger than average, measuring up at around 140sqm of internal living space (the average for 3x1 in this area is around 100sqm).
The extra space gives you a large kitchen, spacious master bedroom, and TWO great-sized entertaining spaces!
Secondly, the location is super cool! standing metres away from a network of parks which lead you all the way to the central shopping centre - without the need to step foot on a road. Here you can enjoy a lake with ducks, BBQ area, multiple playgrounds and more!
And thirdly, the R20/30 zoning allows for development options too - including the option to retain the front house and build a new one at the rear (subject to obtaining approval from the City of Kalamunda)
On top of all that, the home looks cool too. It has side access to a shed, AND it has a fantastic backyard with a gabled patio entertaining area!
This makes an excellent investment option, with lovely tenants already in place - or a brilliant home for you once the lease is finished.
Quick Facts:
• Larger than normal 3x1
• R20/30 zoned 700sqm of land
• Retain and build development potential
• Super close to parks and playgrounds
• Great tenants willing to stay

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
