A PROPERTY THAT DELIVERS THE COMPLETE LANCELIN LIFESTYLE

This is not your standard Lancelin home - this is a layered coastal retreat with personality, strength and serious versatility. Spread across three distinct levels, the design creates separation, privacy and flow in a way that simply works. From workshop to living sanctuary, from balcony to lawn, every part of this property has its own purpose - and they all connect beautifully.

Down at ground level, the home begins with true practicality - a double garage, office/utility room. Step straight out to the side undercover patio, a protected and peaceful entertaining space that feels tucked away and private - perfect for long lunches, late-night conversations or quiet morning coffees.

From here, you walk up the external staircase to the first residential level, where the heart of the home unfolds. This floor is all about light, volume and connection - the open-plan kitchen, dining and living zone opens straight onto the solid, full-length balcony, creating an elevated indoor-outdoor lifestyle that captures cooling sea breezes and sweeping sky views. This level also includes one full bedroom and bathroom, making it incredibly functional for everyday living.

Finally, the home rises to its top level, where two additional bedrooms are tucked away alongside a cosy landing retreat - perfect as a reading nook, study space or quiet lounge. This level feels warm, private and removed from the entertaining zones below - ideal for family, guests or simply escaping the world at the end of the day.

Outside, the scale of the land becomes immediately apparent, and then comes the showstopper - the massive 8m x 17m shed. This is not just storage - this is a fully equipped lifestyle workshop and social space, complete with vehicle hoist, fireplace, kitchen setup, sauna and bathroom facilities. It is a rare level of infrastructure that opens the door to business, recreation, restoration, or hosting unforgettable nights with mates.

This is a home that suits:

• Adventure lovers
• Tradies & car enthusiasts
• Boaties, surfers & fishermen
• Buyers wanting space, flexibility & lifestyle

Just minutes from the beach, shops, tavern, boating and world-class fishing, this is Lancelin living at its best.

Lancelin overview

Lancelin is a coastal town located on the west coast 127 kilometres north northwest of Perth. It derives its name from the nearby Lancelin Island which was named by the French expedition under the command of Captain Baudin in 1801. The name honours P F Lancelin, scientific writer, author of the World Map of Sciences and works on the planetary system and analyses of science.

Interest in the Lancelin Island area in the late 1940s for camping and as a port for the lobster fishery resulted in a townsite being declared in 1950. Lancelin was not considered a suitable name, and "Wangaree", an Aboriginal word for fish was chosen when the townsite was gazetted. Although the official name was Wangaree, local usage was Lancelin, and in 1953 the Gingin Road Board requested the townsite be renamed Lancelin. The name change was approved in 1953 and gazetted the following year.
