Looking for a River View?

Then look no further than 33A Ennis Street, Eaton. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers so much more than most! A stunning opportunity for the retiree, the executive couple, or the savvy investor. But, you are going to have to be quick!

A generously sized home like this, in this location, is sure to impress. The views, the peace and quiet, but the convenience of all the amenities you could need, all within easy reach!

Firstly, the double under croft garage boasts not only extra height but extra length and ample storage, too. With access directly into the self-contained 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, it doesn't have a kitchen, but this could easily be achieved if needed. This space is ideal for a teenager, possible extra income, or just for guests.

The entrance into the home, offers a formal entry that then steps up to the open plan living area, where your eyes are drawn to the cool blue waters of the Collie River, and the stunning, green reserve stretching as far as the eye can see. Beautifully tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful. This amazing location has so many benefits, not just those outstanding views.

With a spacious kitchen, boasting more than ample bench space, heaps of cupboards giving you great storage, and of course, a window view of the river. Opposite is the dining area, with Jarrah balustrading offering a slight divide to the room, yet not taking away from the full wall of windows and the outstanding view over the Collie River and the reserve.

The spacious lounge/family room is enormous, no need for outdoor entertaining when your indoor entertaining offers this view!
With two spacious bedrooms at the rear, built in robes, a fully renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling tiling, then through the laundry and access to the perfectly sized backyard for fur babies.

Unfortunately, owners are downsizing, so here is your rare chance to purchase in this prime location, with amazing neighbours!

Eaton overview

Eaton is a suburban area located on the banks of the Collie River six kilometres from Bunbury. In 1949 the island in the Collie River opposite Eaton was named Eaton Island, because its original name, Alexander Island, was duplicated. Eaton was nominated by the Bunbury Road Board in honour of Mr Foster Eaton, the late fisheries and game inspector for this area. The name was given in recognition of work he had done in the area. When urban development was commenced in the area in 1951, it was at first referred to as the Collie River Estate, but was soon changed to Eaton due to its proximity to Eaton Island.
