Offers by 4pm Mon 2nd November 2026 (Unless sold prior)

Brand new, beautifully finished and sitting pretty on a whopping 2,239m2, 33 Hideaway Loop brings together all the polish of a new build with the kind of space that lets you dream a little bigger.

Completed in 2026 by Red Ink Homes, this four bedroom, two bathroom home has been designed for modern family living with high ceilings, generous proportions and plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. There's a separate theatre for movie nights, a dedicated study for getting things done and a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area at the heart of it all.

And the kitchen? Sure to impress! Stone benchtops, plenty of workspace and a large adjoining scullery with loads of additional bench space and storage. The stone continues through the scullery, bathrooms and laundry, giving the whole home a beautifully cohesive finish.

The master suite comes with a large walk in robe and impressive ensuite complete with double vanity, oversized shower and floor to ceiling tiling. The remaining bedrooms all feature built in robes and ceiling fans, while the main bathroom brings a little luxury of its own with a freestanding bath.

Ducted R/C A/C keeps things comfortable, while a security system, double garage, ample parking and reticulated landscaping tick off the practical side too.

Step outside and this is where the possibilities really open up. The fresh landscaping gives you a great starting point, while the huge block leaves plenty of room to make it exactly what you want. Dream shed? Absolutely. Pool? There's room. Granny flat? Potentially that too. Or go all out and create the ultimate backyard set up! (subject to the relevant approvals).

A large alfresco overlooks the treed outlook, giving you a peaceful spot to entertain, unwind and enjoy a little extra breathing room.

Brand new, beautifully finished and with plenty of room to play with - the house is done. Now the fun part is deciding what comes next!

Vasse overview

The townsite of Vasse is located in the south west, 240 kilometres south southwest of Perth and 11 kilometres south west of Busselton. The townsite is named after the nearby Vasse River and Vasse Estuary, both of which are named after a French seaman, Thomas Timothee Vasse who was believed to have drowned here in June 1801. Vasse was a helmsman on the Naturaliste, a ship which was part of a French scientific expedition to Australia in 1801-03. He was washed overboard and lost, and the river was consequently named in his honour. In 1838, G.F. Moore interviewed the aboriginals about Vasse and noted in his diary that Vasse had not been drowned but died later from anxiety, exposure and poor diet.

Vasse townsite was formerly part of the Busselton Commonage reserve, an area set aside in 1879 for the common use of Busselton residents. In 1898 the land was inspected by the Department of Agriculture, and was proposed as suitable for subdivision into five and 10 acre blocks for dairying in support of the soon to open Busselton butter factory. The good land in the area was swamp land, and release of lots was delayed pending drainage. When subdivision was finalised in 1906, the surveyor suggested the area be named Vasse after the river, and the townsite of Vasse was then gazetted in 1907. The townsite is very elongated and covers three separate areas. Vasse Siding on the Busselton-Margaret River Railway was named in 1923.
