Modern, near new, polished and made for easy living, 32 Swan Bank Road, Maylands brings together four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a clever two-storey layout in one seriously good-looking package. Built in 2024, it delivers contemporary living without the wait of building from scratch.
Downstairs, timber-look flooring carries through the open living and dining zone to a sleek kitchen that isn't afraid of a little drama - dark cabinetry, crisp stone-look benchtops, plenty of storage and statement finishes give the space a sharp, modern edge. The floorplan also places the fourth bedroom and a bathroom on this level, making it a handy option for guests, teenagers or working from home.
Upstairs, three more bedrooms keep the sleeping quarters nicely separated. The main bedroom comes with a walk-in robe and opens directly onto its own covered balcony, while the remaining bedrooms include built-in robes and share the family bathroom.
Outside keeps things equally easy. A covered alfresco flows from the living area, with a private, low-maintenance courtyard giving you somewhere to entertain without sacrificing every weekend to the garden. A double garage with internal access and integrated laundry completes the practical side of the package.
And with the Maylands Peninsula lifestyle close by - including the Maylands Peninsula Public Golf Course on Swan Bank Road - this is a home that makes getting out and enjoying the neighbourhood just as easy as staying in.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.Â
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.Â
