Offered "AS IS WHERE IS" Fixer Upper
32 Lynwood Avenue, Lynwood
Well loved by the same family since 1971, the time has come for new owners to breathe life into this well positioned home with Bannister Primary and Lynwood Senior High Schools nearby, Lynwood Village, public transport and playing fields at hand, this is ideally situated for lifestyle convenience.
But now the rose garden is tired and the house is well worn and showing its age with peeling paint and worn carpeting but the bones look sound and best of all with the R30 zoning there is plenty of side access and space to build behind.
Some upgrades have happened but you will likely want to clear out and refresh inside the building to bring out its best. Rip up the carpet, polish the solid hardwood floors and get some fresh paint going to make it home while you make plans to develop the block behind.
At the rear a sunroom enclosure has pine panelling peeling and right at the back of the yard a free standing games room is still serviceable. But the main feature here is developable space in a tightly held suburb in extremely high demand.

In November 1964, the Shire of Canning proposed that this area be named "Willetton" after Henry Willett of Willett and Co." Early landholders in the area. In August 1965 the Shire advised that the Realty Development Corporation Ltd had requested the name "Clovercrest Estate" but that neither party would object to the use of the name Lynwood instead of "Willetton". This amendment was approved in 1965 and the name "Willetton" was used for an adjoining locality.
Lynwood contains a vibrant neighbourhood shopping centre complete with supermarket, post office, estate agency, and a number of food outlets as well as community hall, primary school which also services the adjoining suburb of Ferndale and a secondary school - Lynwood Senior High School.
