• Kid's activity or study zone located centrally to the minor bedrooms, with glass window through to the living area.
• The home theatre that has cavity sliding doors so that you can shut yourself of from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
• All three minor bedrooms have built-in robes and have easy access to the family bathroom and separate toilet.

Caesarstone benchtops, a stylish bulkhead and pendant lights give the kitchen that wow-factor! The kitchen has a dishwasher, wide electric stove, gas hotplates and a sizeable fridge recess. Tucked around the corner is a light, bright scullery, thanks to the window splashback. This provides extra workspace and storage, with easy access to a large walk-in pantry.

Outside you will find:
• Good sized decked alfresco under the main roof with a ceiling fan, perfect for entertaining while the kids play in the yard.
