One of Weedon Hills iconic "A Frame" homes, this beautifully presented property enjoys a breathtaking water view of Wilson Inlet through the Karri forest, and is just a short walk away from the waters edge. Options are aplenty here, with one main bedroom and a large area upstairs that could easily fit a couple of extra beds, and a toilet on the upper level also. The main bedroom and bathroom is on the ground floor, along with the open plan living area and kitchen. This area opens out onto a timber deck that takes in the lovely outlook of the inlet, but with an expanse of glass fronting the water - this view is enjoyed from inside the home as well. Wood heating and reverse-cycle air conditioning keep the home comfortable, with storage space below the home available also. Please contact Kim Barrow on 0427481498 for further details.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
