A Seaside Playground

This four bedroom, two bathroom home captures the essence of the relaxed seaside lifestyle of Binningup. Located on a shady, 802m2 corner block, the house is well set back from the road and is surrounded by Peppermint trees. A feeling of space is created by the large block and the park across the road.

The main living area comprises a sunken lounge with tile fire, ceiling fan & reverse cycle air conditioning. The L-shaped design provides a perfect option for a home office or study nook.

A renovated kitchen is the centrepiece of the home with charcoal laminate benchtops & crisp white cupboards. There is plenty of storage with overhead cupboards, large fridge recess & microwave nook. There is also a large breakfast bar for casual dining.

The dining area has a whole wall of cupboards for storage and this area leads out onto the enclosed verandah through a sliding door. The enclosed outdoor area provides the perfect place for the kids to play with their toys.

The house has a master bedroom with ensuite and large wall of built in cupboards with a set of drawers and recessed mirror. The other three bedrooms have generous proportions and ceiling fans.

There is a single garage which leads into the enclosed verandah at the rear of the home. There is also an additional double garage with a concrete floor, perfect for parking the boat and the caravan. Behind this garage there is also a large shed for the home handyman!

The lawns and gardens are watered off a bore.

Binningup overview

Binningup is a south western coastal townsite located 127 kilometres south of Perth and 30 kilometres north of Bunbury. Binningup takes its name from "Binningup Beach Estate", a name used by a syndicate of Harvey people who subdivided the area in 1953. By 1962 there was only one resident in the area, but many homes were built in the following few years. At the request of the Shire of Harvey, Binningup was gazetted a townsite in 1963.
