Presentation perfect

This little Gem in Crocos Cct has had a lot of love and it shows in it's presentation.
With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (accessible from the master bedroom as well as the minor bedrooms) plus separate toilet, there are 2 living areas one at the entrance and the other being separated by the kitchen/dining area. Entertaining is done in style with a massive patio area which is private and protected and flows out to the landscaped rear yard that is adding to the living space again, your own "outback oasis" complete with sheds that are split in 2 for his and her space (welding doesn't mix with sewing, who'd have thought??) There is loads of parking for a boat or caravan at the front plus a double garage to fit more toy/cars if required. This home is warm and welcoming and well worth inspection. This package could come fully furnished making the ideal holiday home, give me a call to arrange inspection you won't be disappointed [email protected] 0427 981 955

Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.

The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
