2 FOR 1

A huge 1174m2 block in the centre of town with 2 independent dwellings is almost unheard of! So basically 2 homes for the price of one ! A 3x1 at the front and a 2x1 plus office/store room at the back that are on the one title. Duel income stream with great returns currently with great tenants in both dwellings.
Alternatively it would be perfect for a family looking to purchase with a relative and yet still have some independence and access to all amenities close by.
Very unique set up however you want to look at it, and the added bonus of rear lane access. Overall a 5x2 is appealing just on its own let alone the way it has been set up!

Pinjarra overview

The townsite of Pinjarra is located in the south west agricultural region, 87 km south of Perth and 21 km south east of Mandurah. It is located near a ford over the Murray River, and land was reserved for a townsite here in 1831. Surveys were carried out in 1836 and land allocated to settlers in 1837. The name was often shown spelt "Pinjarrup" on early maps, and the accepted spelling for many years was "Pinjarrah". There are conflicting theories regarding the meaningof this Aboriginal name. It is usually said to mean "place of a swamp", but it is more likely named after the "Pindjarup" tribe, the Aboriginal group that frequented this area.
