What we love
Is the spectacular location accompanying this charming 4 bedroom 2 bathroom split-level home, nestled along on one of Sorrento’s most iconic streets whilst enjoying breathtaking ocean views at the very same time. A sunken front yard with lawns, manicured gardens and a timber-lined outdoor alfresco-entertaining area make an instant first impression here, whilst the spacious backyard is somewhat of a “blank canvas”, leaves heaps of room for a future swimming pool if you are that way inclined and benefits from the best slice of the awe-inspiring sea vista, as a result of a stunning rear elevation. Inside, a sunken front lounge is reserved for those special occasions, just like the formal-dining room that splendidly overlooks it upon entry.
The lounge enjoys direct access to the front alfresco, as well as playing host to a sliding French door that links through to the casual open-plan family, meals and kitchen area where split-system air-conditioning, a backyard sliding door, a storage pantry, sleek stone bench tops and a breakfast bar meet a stainless-steel Miele dishwasher and quality integrated electric range-hood, hotplate, oven and microwave appliances. Upstairs, a massive sunken games room is graced by low-maintenance timber-look flooring, split-system air-conditioning and opens out on to a fabulous balcony where the mesmerising ocean panorama is most prominent and captures our famous Rottnest Island in the distance. Just leave the sliding door open and let those sensual sea breezes filter in.
What to know
All four bedrooms are carpeted for comfort here within this updated and refreshed abode, inclusive of a versatile fourth bedroom/study and a larger master suite where split-system air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a walk-in wardrobe complement a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity and floor-to-ceiling tiling. The laundry is nice and functional, boasting ample cupboard storage space, a separate toilet and external access for drying. A fully-tiled main family bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet access for good measure.
Extras include gleaming wooden floorboards, a large appliance nook in the kitchen, double kitchen sinks, built-in robes, white plantation window shutters, down lights, skirting boards, various paved courtyard entertaining spaces out back, reticulation and a double carport for secure parking behind double driveway access gates. Bus stops, beautiful Marmion Beach and the popular Marmion Angling and Aquatic Club are all only walking distance away, as are a plethora of lush local parklands. The likes of Hillarys Marina, Sacred Heart College, Sorrento Quay, Sorrento Primary School, Duncraig Senior High School, Marmion Village Shopping Centre, seaside cafes and restaurants, more public transport, major shopping centres, the freeway and so much more are also within a very, very close proximity. This is as good as coastal living gets – and it could be all yours.

Growth continued through till the early 1990s and has remained relatively stable since the mid 1990s.
Residents of Sorrento enjoy the desirable position of being close to major urban developments while still removed enough to soak up the benefits of suburban living. Relaxed and laid back, Sorrento features a number of parks and walkways for locals to explore and has access to two beaches. Seacrest Village Shopping Centre services the suburbs basic commercial requirements and there are two local schools.
