Oh, so tired of trying to squeeze everyone and their stuff into a house that doesn't fit your life? This home won't just accommodate your entire crew, they'll feel downright celebrated! Set on a generous block in super convenient Forresfield, this 5 bedroom or 4 bedroom with study home, is designed for families who need space to grow, room to breathe, and zones that let everyone live their best life without bumping elbows and stepping on toes. Morning chaos will be managed, teenagers will be able to retreat, and you may even manage a peaceful work-from-home day once in a while. With multiple living areas including a front lounge for calm, a vast open-plan hub for connection, and a separate back games room for fun this home gets that modern family life is layered, sometimes loud, and very lovely.

A residence that holds room for everyone needs a proper entry and you'll love the tiled one here, then light fills each room through large windows leading to the kitchen with wraparound benchtops, gas cooktop with tiled splashback, wall oven, and full-height pantry to house everyone's favourites. The sunlit dining zone flows effortlessly from this space, framed by garden views and kept comfy by ducted heating and cooling. The communal floorspace is fabulously versatile, bedrooms are genuinely generous, and the ensuite is covered with floor to ceiling tiles.

Features Include:

• Fantastic brick & tile family home
• 5 bedrooms (or 4 bedrooms & study)
• 2 bathrooms

Overlooking it all is a large paved alfresco beneath a high-pitched pergola; just imagine the BBQs here! The yard is fully fenced and blissfully low-maintenance, so kids can roam, and your weekends stay yours. A leafy side courtyard adds a quiet moment to the mix. Out front, the classic brick facade and established gardens bring instant curb appeal while the double garage and wide driveway keep life practical, especially when all the youngens start driving! All up, this is a brilliant home for a larger-than-average family, or a crew who need a little more space.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
