What to love
From the street, this four-bedroom home makes a great first impression - a neat, welcoming frontage that hints at the comfortable, well-considered living waiting beyond.
Inside, there's an easy rhythm to the place. Tiling runs throughout the main areas for a clean, low-fuss finish, while the bedrooms are warmed with wood-look flooring. At the centre of it all is the kitchen, generous on bench and storage, with a clever scullery off to the side that keeps the everyday mess out of sight. It looks out over the dining and main living area, while a second lounge sits a little apart - the perfect spot for a movie, a playroom, or simply some breathing space from the main hub.
The master suite is a genuine parents' wing, with a walk-in robe, modern ensuite and its own retreat area to escape to. The three remaining bedrooms are all robed and well served by a stylish second bathroom and a laundry built with proper storage and shelving.
But it's the backyard that really sets this one apart. A large, sheltered patio stretches the length of the home - ready for year-round entertaining whatever the weather - and steps down to a wide run of artificial lawn where the kids and pets can play without the upkeep. Beyond it, the tiered garden adds real character, framed by tidy, established beds, with a powered solar shed tucked into the lower level for storage or a workshop.

Despite its relatively recent development in the early 1990s, Clarkson has since evolved into a thriving northern suburb of Perth. Home to more than 11,650 people, Clarkson's population grew exponentially between 1991 and 2011 as a large influx of new homes and other dwellings were built. The suburb has a seven square kilometre land area and is part of the City of Wanneroo.
One of Clarkson's major features and an attribute that has contributed to the suburbs growth is the establishment of the Clarkson Railway Station following the extension of the Perth railway line in 2004. Clarkson also has several parks for residents to enjoy, a local shopping centre and a number of schools, such as Clarkson Community High School and Somerly Primary School.
