Tucked peacefully within one of North Collie's most highly sought-after pockets sits a double-brick beauty that's been cared for with pride and preserved with elegance, welcome to 3 Walter Drive. As you arrive, the expansive U-shaped driveway winds you past manicured gardens and through a quiet cul-de-sac where the only sounds are birdsong and the breeze. Step inside, and you're greeted by a sense of space and calm with a formal living room dressed in natural light and a formal dining space that sets the tone for memorable moments ahead.
Wander through to the heart of the home and you're embraced by the warmth of open-plan living. Here, timber tones, soft brick textures, and natural light come together in harmony. The spacious lounge is framed by large windows looking out over lush gardens, while the reverse cycle system and wood fireplace give you comfort in every season. The kitchen is a timeless delight, neat, practical, and connected to every corner of the home. It boasts quality appliances, generous storage, and a view out to the alfresco where the magic of this home truly shines.
Slide open the glass doors and you'll enter a spectacular outdoor haven - a vast, covered alfresco built for entertaining on any scale. Paved beautifully, lined with vibrant greenery, and bursting with charm, it flows effortlessly into the private courtyard and garden zones. Off to one side, a separate workshop, storage room, and utility space await the home hobbyist or gardener. Venture further and you'll discover a thriving veggie patch and an orchard of fruit trees, ready for the next green thumb to take the reins.
Back inside, the master suite offers a peaceful retreat. It's oversized and inviting, with its own private ensuite and leafy front views. At the opposite end of the home, connected by a quiet hallway, are three additional large bedrooms, each with built-ins and character of their own. The second bathroom is equally spacious, complete with separate bath and shower, and a practical layout that ties the rear wing together. A generously sized laundry with direct outdoor access completes the package.
Every inch of this property, from the wide double auto garage to the fruiting gardens and beyond reflects functionality, charm, and thoughtful design.
