Now here is a very rare opportunity indeed in this current tight housing market. A brand new residence down south.....never lived in...on a whopping 2000m2 lot....in a great location in Witchcliffe set amongst other quality residences.
No need to work on building plans....no need to find a builder...no need to worry about building cost blow outs...and no need to rent whilst you build. All the property needs is your own touch. An internal paint, window treatments and landscaping.
The block has an excellent north facing aspect with a lovely mature treed outlook and there is side access to the backyard which has more than enough space to put in a big shed/workshop and plenty of room to plant up an orchard and grow a few vegies. The residence boasts 3 separate living areas consisting of a home theatre, large central lounge/living area with high ceilings, and a study/activity room that could easily be a fourth bedroom.
The master bedroom is generous in size with a large walk in robe and adjoining ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 are separated by the activity/study room and are situated closely to the 2nd bathroom. If you like to cook, then the kitchen will impress as this is very generous in proportions and boasts a large island bench area as well.

The townsite of Witchcliffe is located in the south west agricultural region, 286 kilometres south southwest of Perth and nine kilometres south of Margaret River. In 1924 the government extended the railway to Witchcliffe, and at first selected the name Newralingup for the siding, but the name Narawary was approved. However, a Post Office named Witchcliffe had already been opened when the railway siding was named, and Narawary siding was renamed Witchcliffe in February 1925. Also in 1924 interest was shown in blocks of land at Witchcliffe Siding, and after investigation a scheme of subdivision was planned, lots surveyed, and a townsite gazetted in 1926.
The name Witchcliffe was first used in this district for Witchliffe Cave, the name being recorded by a surveyor in 1900. The name was probably given by the Bussell family who settled near here in the 1850's, naming their property "Wallcliffe House". Both the homestead and the cave are in an area of coastal cliffs, hence the "cliffe" part of the name.
