THE DEAL
Tucked away in a whisper-quiet cul-de-sac, this is a home that offers lifestyle, space and opportunity in equal measure. Set high on an expansive 986sqm parcel of land zoned R20, the elevated positioning captures natural light and long-term potential.
A traditional brick façade with undercroft garage entry sets the tone, with a wide frontage and easy side access hinting at what lies beyond.
Step inside and the scale continues—formal lounge and dining at the front provides a peaceful retreat, while the rear of the home opens into a generous open-plan living, kitchen and meals space that looks directly onto a full-length patio and massive backyard. Think endless space, a blank canvas for the kids and pets—or a potential pool and/or workshop.
Accommodation includes four oversized bedrooms, plus a large home office or potential fifth bedroom, all serviced by well-proportioned bathrooms and excellent storage.
The undercroft garage with extra storeroom adds practicality, and the Western boundary access to the rear unlocks flexibility for future improvements or subdivision (subject to approvals).
All set in one of Hillarys’ most tightly held pockets—walkable to Hillarys Boat Harbour, Mawson Park, Whitfords Shopping Centre and top-tier schools including St Mark’s, Sacred Heart College and Hillarys Primary.

Hillarys is an outer-northern suburb of Perth bound by the Indian Ocean. The suburb is six square kilometres in size and is a residential area with commercial sectors in its northeast and significant parklands along the coast. Hillarys' growth was minimal until the 1970s and it wasn't until the 1980s through to the 1990s that rapid growth occurred.
Arguably the most notable feature of Hillarys is its boat harbour. A crowd-pleaser for both locals and visitors alike, the large marina and tourist development is home to bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping facilities, accommodation, kid-friendly activities and plenty of attractions. Also in the suburb are several parks and walkways, Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre, Hillarys Shopping Centre, a ferry terminal to Rottnest Island and a local primary and high school.
