Private Inspections Welcome, Please Contact Agent

Freshly updated to suit a family lifestyle, this gorgeous property will impress even the most serious nature lovers! Magnificent gumtrees and native plants abound, and the result is that you feel like you're in a treehouse - only a grown-up version beyond your childhood's wildest dreams. Enjoy cosy breakfasts or casual BBQ dinners on the newly-painted deck, overlooking the bushland below, or venture out to the lush gardens and spot spring wildflowers and emerging wildlife.

While Mother Nature has been working her magic on this property for quite some time, the home itself was only constructed 11 years ago and still retains a sense of freshness via inclusions such as high ceilings, air-conditioning, and beautiful marri floorboards.
The kitchen has enjoyed a recent makeover in the form of a new oven and refurbished cabinetry, while the living room is freshly painted with new LED lighting showing off the owner's hard work. Make use of this spacious and versatile area and invite friends around for dinner, snuggle up in a reading nook by the fire, or pop in a pool table and enjoy a game or two. There are 3 generous bedrooms with built-in wardrobes plus a study that makes for an optional 4th bedroom or nursery.

New fencing and gates enclosing the back yard make this the perfect place to raise a family. Let kids and pets run amok on the fresh lawn area, get them digging in the garden and enjoying their own little veggie patch, or go for a splash in the winter creak. Rounded out by a new retaining wall and a nifty garden shed, you'll be happy spending your days outdoors. Despite feeling like you're tucked away in the bush, this property is conveniently close to shops and recreation areas. Perfect for anyone who enjoys connecting with nature, this home will bring the buyer no shortage of joy and adventure.

Boya overview

To supply the stone required to build the groynes at Fremantle Harbour, a Government quarry was established in the hills a little south-west of Darlington. A spur line was run into the quarry from the existing railway and, by July 1901, dozens of iron and hessian huts housing approximately 150 workmen were clustered near the site. In August of 1901, construction began on a railway siding for the use of this settlement and the first name proposed was "Yan-Yeen". This was rejected because of a duplication in Victoria and the Aboriginal word "Boya", appropriately meaning rock/stone, was chosen instead. It was later found that the correct Aboriginal name for the area was "Nyeedoup" but Boya remains appropriate as the Aboriginal sub-tribe who once inhabited the hills were known as "Boya-Ngoora".
