Situated just off the entrance to stunning Galway Green lies number 3 Galway Boulevard.
A separate lounge at the front of the home is ideal as a home office, as all the entertaining in this house happens at the rear.
The current owners removed the fifth bedroom to extend out the length of the ensuite and walk-in robe, now offering a stunning ensuite with double vanities, separate shower and separate WC, while resting behind is an enormous walk-in robe; no need to fight for storage anymore, that's for sure.
The rear of the home office is another three bedrooms, all a good size, with easy access to the renovated master bathroom.
Through to the open-plan living at the rear, where the kitchen has also been treated to an update; the expanse of bench space with a waterfall edge is stunning, with ample storage, then off into a scullery area as well. Entertaining is going to be a breeze. It's all been designed for space and convenience.
Overlooked is the meals and the family room, where the inside meets outside through the enormous gabled patio, leading from the house through to the pool area and the workshop at the rear. Where everyone can come together year-round, sheltered from the weather.
So, if a home with all the extras is what you're after, you must add this stunning home to your viewing list before it's too late!
