Checkout that view of Jacques Point and beyond

Blocks of land with a shed are very hard to come by so this gem is not going to last long. Situated in the "Port Kalbarri" estate the shed was up before regulations changed so it is approved by the Shire of Northampton. With a land area of 2009 sqm you are ALWAYS going to have a view, either to the West down Mariner Cres or to the North and the township of Kalbarri and of course "Jacques Point". How cool is that!!!! There is a hot water service so you can shower after a hard day's "work" which means the power is connected. You can sit on the verandah of your shed and ponder what you are going to build to maximise your view potential or just watch the Emu's and Kangaroo's wander by and Eagles soar overhead. There are restrictions of use in place but please give me a call to have a chat about the potential of this block of land.

Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.

The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
