If you've been searching for that perfect family home, with plenty of space for the whole family both inside and out, then look no further. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this expansive 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sits on a generous 2,009m² block and offers something for everyone.
Elevated treetop views set the scene the moment you arrive, while inside, high ceilings and a huge open-plan living area create a warm, welcoming heart to the home. Beyond the main living space, you'll find a separate activity area, a dedicated home theatre, and a private home office - giving every member of the family room to work, rest and play.
The kitchen is built for a busy household, featuring a 900mm oven and cooktop, a Bosch dishwasher, and no shortage of storage and bench space. Engineered wood flooring flows through the main living areas, with plush carpet underfoot in the bedrooms, and ducted air conditioning keeps the whole home comfortable year-round. The showers have also been recently resealed, so there's nothing left to do but move in.
Step outside and the lifestyle only gets better. A massive shed with drive-through access to the rear is perfect for tradies, hobbyists, or extra storage, while the established orchard - home to nectarine, fig, raspberry, apple, plum and mango trees - along with a veggie patch and reticulated gardens, make this a true haven for those who love to grow their own.
Add to that solar power and a security system for peace of mind, and this property ticks every box for families wanting space, privacy, and a true sense of home.

The townsite of Margaret River is located in the south west agricultural area, 277 kilometres south southwest of Perth and 48 kilometres south southwest of Busselton. It is located on the Margaret River from which it derives its name. The precise origin of the naming of the river is not known, but it was possibly named by John Bussell in honour of Margaret Wyche, a friend in England who was expected to follow the Bussell's to Australia. The name is first shown on a map of the region published in 1839.
In 1910 the Margaret River Progress Association wrote to the Minister for Lands requesting a townsite be declared at "the Upper Margaret Bridge". The reason given was that "the district is likely to be dotted with public buildings several miles apart in the near future if a townsite is not made available shortly". The District Surveyor who inspected the area preferred an area near the lower bridge on Caves Road, but this land was not available. Lots were surveyed in 1912, and the Townsite of Margaret River gazetted in 1913. In 1918 the name of the townsite was changed to "Margaret", but it was changed back to Margaret River in 1927, due to local usage of the name always being Margaret River.
