Built in 2015, this stunning group of homes at 75 Hartfield Rd are tightly held and with good reason. This is the ultimate in housing estates, where beauty, practicality and security have all been masterfully delivered, and you can enjoy living in a location where you are not only proud of your own home, but with those surrounding you as well.
This intimate group of 14 unique, high-end villas was supremely well designed from day one, where elegant modern homes were built amongst towering mature trees. This was a very different approach than the usual demolish and destroy method that most developers take, and it really enhances the feel of the place.
You also get to enjoy welcoming garden areas, and there is even a communal lawn BBQ zone too.
Number 3 has only ever had the one owner since it was built, but changing circumstances mean that you now have a chance to call this home your own.
With an elegant classy feel beginning right at the super-sized front door and wide entry hall. The 600mm floor tiles lead you through to an open plan, contemporary living space with a luxuriously appointed and spacious kitchen. With 900mm oven and stone benchtops. This space is well-connected to the private outdoors courtyard, where rather than feeling closed in as is often the case, the layout of these homes instead give you views to the sky, treetops, and the hills beyond.
The bedrooms are all good sizes, particularly the king-sized master bedroom, and the bathrooms are absolutely STUNNING!
You also get a proper, high clearance remote controlled double garage.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
