What we love?
Located in the sought after, leafy suburb of Joondanna and perfectly positioned to take advantage of Mt Hawthorn and it's spoils. A short stroll to transport for direct access to the CBD, central to north and south transport corridors and an easy commute to the beach.
This is an ideal entry level opportunity perfect for first home buyers, young couples, investors or those looking for a simple lock and leave base. Move straight in and enjoy as is, add value over time through renovation and improvements or leave rented for solid returns and future growth.
Boasting a generous living room, large kitchen and dining area for a functional lifestyle. For those that love to entertain, the private rear courtyard is a leafy and tranquil setting that will not disappoint. The in-ground pool at the rear of the complex is a great summer bonus.

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
Joondanna contains a number of small shops to cater for daily grocery needs. The largest park within the region surrounds the water tower on Roberts Street and Albert James Park also provides for passive recreation. Joondanna also contains a primary school and a home for seniors.
