3X2 Villa Close to all Conveniences!

Welcome to Villa 3, 46 Widdicombe Street, located in this quiet, green neighbourhood suburb of Myaree.

Nestled at the back of a trio of villas, directly up the long driveway, this villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a single carport, and an extra parking bay for boat/caravan.

As you enter to the left, the lounge room is light and bright with an exterior view from its north facing bay windows – a great place to kick off your shoes at the end of the day and relax with split system air conditioning.

To the right, a general use hallway cupboard precedes the master bedroom. Boasting a three sliding-door closet, the master can amply accommodate any storage needs of a couple or avid shopper. A small, functional ensuite including shower, sink and toilet is at hand.

To the centre of the home, an open plan area with peach tiling and neutral tones is the kitchen and dining. A gas point is conveniently located between the two for extra heating options in the winter months. The kitchen features a pantry cupboard, gas hot plates, microwave recess, Westinghouse electric oven, dishwasher and counter with inbuilt faux-marble cutting surface. The dining area is intimate yet spacious enough for family eating.

Entering the rear of the house is the main bathroom with entry door into the main bedroom. Featuring a bath with frosted glass windows and shower, basin and vanity cabinet. A separate WC, hallway cupboard and roomy laundry precede the standard sized minor bedrooms. Bedroom two features a double built-in robe and Bedroom three a single built-in-robe.

Leading from the open plan living area indoors is a security door to the paved courtyard with small, reticulated grassed area and easy-care garden bed. There, an open, spacious clothes line with enough room for several loads is accessible as well as a convenient walkway to and from the gated carport. A bricked and lockable shed at the end of the footpath is practical for the storage of seasonal items or simply for extra storage.

This location is super central and conveniently located close to public transport, shops, quality schools, fantastic playgrounds, hospital, university and freeway entrances as well as Fremantle. Kadidjini Park is a kid's wonderland and only minutes away while Pitman Park's playground is just a short stroll away.

Perfect for young families, first home buyers, or couples and singles, this villa is for those who appreciate the convenience of a central location and a tranquil lifestyle.

Myaree overview

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.

Life in Myaree

Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
