Privately positioned at the rear, this spacious three-bedroom, renovated bathroom, two separate living areas, a renovated kitchen, generous accommodation and a private outdoor courtyard, this is a home that delivers the space and comfort often missing from villa living.
Step inside to discover a practical and generously proportioned floor plan, offering excellent separation between the living spaces and bedrooms. A formal lounge or dining room provides valuable flexibility, while the renovated kitchen, complete with gas appliances, overlooks the adjoining open-plan meals and living area. Whether entertaining family and friends or simply enjoying a quiet night at home, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax.
All three bedrooms feature built-in robes, with the spacious master bedroom enjoying triple robes and direct access to the upgraded bathroom. The second bedroom is comfortably double-sized, while the third bedroom offers further flexibility as a bedroom or home office. The bathroom features both a separate bath and shower, complemented by a separate toilet for added convenience.
Comfort is well catered for with evaporative ducted air conditioning, additional reverse-cycle air conditioning to the living area and gas bayonets. Outside, the private, easy-care courtyard provides a lovely space to enjoy your morning coffee, entertain outdoors or simply unwind without the burden of extensive garden maintenance.
Practicality is another standout, with a separate laundry, excellent storage, an automated single garage, additional driveway parking, a secure storage currently been used as a music room and convenient gated side access. Best of all, there are no strata fees, offering an attractive advantage for buyers seeking the independence of villa living without ongoing strata levies.
Positioned in a quiet, family-friendly street in a highly convenient pocket of Joondanna, you are within easy reach of local cafes, restaurants, shopping, parks, schools and public transport. The property also falls within the Bob Hawke College catchment, adding further appeal for families.

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
Joondanna contains a number of small shops to cater for daily grocery needs. The largest park within the region surrounds the water tower on Roberts Street and Albert James Park also provides for passive recreation. Joondanna also contains a primary school and a home for seniors.
