Not only is this property EXTREMELY well positioned and near everything you need in modern life, but it is also located right on the border of one of the most historically interesting parts of Midland too.
This neighbourhood is breathtakingly fascinating - with old train construction warehouses blended in with some very stylish contemporary buildings. A stroll around the block here can quickly have you feeling like you're wandering a town somewhere in Europe.
Your new executive apartment is only 140 metres away from the Midland Train Station, which means you're pretty much a short stroll from the centre of town - and Midland is quite an impressive town these days with a new hospital, university, endless shopping options and more!
You may notice an old train track meandering right past the balcony, but this is no longer in service and has been preserved to add to this already history rich part of town.
And the old coal damn, 140 metres away, is not only another beautiful piece of the story, but is also home to a very large family of turtles (my kids loved our recent visit there!).
The apartment itself is secure and very well designed. Parking is under the building and only accessible to the residents via a remote garage door. The kitchen is gorgeous, and overlooks a grand main living zone. The two bedrooms each have an allocated bathroom and the balcony is big enough to host some family and friends over for your house warming party.
The property includes:
• 80 square metres of internal living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
• 18 sqm of balcony space
• 4sqm storeroom (adjacent to the apartment)
• 13sqm of undercover car space

Woodbridge is a small suburb within the City of Swan that used to be known as ‘West Midland’ when it was formerly part of neighbouring suburb Midland. Woodbridge’s first growth period took place in the 1880s and 1890s, but it wasn’t till after the Second World War that significant development occurred.
Predominantly a suburb used for housing, Woodbridge enjoys close proximity to the Midland CBD. Within its boundaries there are two schools, Woodbridge Primary School and Governor Stirling Senior High School, as well as a local shopping centre which takes care of immediate amenity and shopping requirements.
Woodbridge Railway Station provides good transport options connecting to the Midland line and providing a direct route into Perth. Other features of note are the Woodbridge House National Trust and the Woodbridge Riverside Park and Play Space.
