This stylish and modern townhouse is packed with features, and built in one of the most awesome locations available.
Metres away from Forrestfield Centro Shopping Centre, a super cool playground (with a zipline), Forrestfield Primary School and more! Convenience cannot come much better than this!
Here you will also be living just over 500 metres away from the Hartfield Golf Course, as well as the other abundant sporting facilities at the amazing Hartfield Park. To the East of your new home, just over 1km away you can enjoy the serenity of the Lesmurdie Falls in Mundy Regional Park.
Forrestfield is as close to the airport as you can get, while still enjoying the fact that the flight paths don't pass over the suburb. Meaning you get the supreme convenience without the noise pollution that is often associated with living near an airport!
Number 3/39 Edinburgh Rd is one of an intimate set of 15 townhouses. Built in 2015 and owned by only one family ever since, this two-storey boutique townhouse is double brick all the way up (there has been no cost cutting here!)
The upper-level floor is built on a sturdy solid concrete slab too, cutting down on the noise of your excited kids playing in their spacious bedrooms upstairs. We emphasize this point because this home is not only pretty, but super structurally solid too. Most townhouses use a cheaper construction method which often results in acoustic interferences not only between floors but between neighbouring houses. Speaking of neighbouring houses, there is only one shared wall neighbour here too.
Downstairs, the ground floor features a HUGE open living area that is both light filled and spacious. With a gourmet kitchen overlooking the dining, lounge and entertainers court-yard area. The kitchen is stunning, featuring massive bench space and stainless-steel cooking appliances. This will surely inspire some incredible home cooked meals!
The courtyard is easy care, while still providing some space for the little ones to play. But if you need more space to run wild there is the brilliant park we mentioned just on the other side of the shops.
This is insanely cool home. It looks amazing AND it's jam packed with desirable features:
• Two stunning levels with plenty of open space
• 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets
• Zoned reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning (upstairs and downstairs)
• LED Downlights throughout
• Close to EVERYTHING, shopping and dining, recreation facilities, Lesmurdie Falls (tourist attraction Water Fall)
• Easy Care and private courtyard garden
• Very low strata fees which INCLUDE building insurance (only $282/quarter)

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
