Looking to downsize, but still want space?
If you're after a property that is low-maintenance, easy-care, and on a fantastic street, then look no further than Unit 3, 35 Wakefield Crescent in Australind. Talk about immaculate! Freshly painted, new carpets, new stove. Everything is spotless, and it's ready for you to move straight in!

With a hot mix driveway leading up to the slightly elevated unit, directly into your own single carport with a brand-new auto door. I absolutely love the configuration of this complex. It's a group of three, but one sits to the right at the front. Your next-door neighbour then sits behind them, while you have a view over the street, all on your own on the left. Unlike most complexes, this offers more than ample visitor parking and easy access.

Come on in let's take a look! Firstly, the front lounge room is a great, spacious room big enough for a modern suite, and I'd mount my TV on the wall to make it easy.

Off to the left, the master bedroom. A spacious room with a generous walk-in robe and access into the semi ensuite, with a separate bath and shower. Through the ensuite and of course the toilet is there for easy access for all.

The 2 double sized bedrooms at the rear are a good size, both with a built-in robes as well.

The added bonus of a central living area, with meals and overlooked by the well-equipped kitchen, with a stunning brand-new stove, ample bench space, a fridge recess, and of course, the pantry as well.

At the rear of the carport/garage, it's a brick storeroom big enough for all you need to store, then undercover access directly into your rear living room. While the wraparound patio then wraps around to the side rear, giving you the perfect sheltered courtyard.

You really do need to be quick to see this one, honestly, it's immaculate, and it isn't going to last, not when quality units are so difficult to find right now.
