Charm and Convenience

Nestled in an established group of residences that sits less than 10 minutes away from the heart of Perth's vibrant CBD, this delightful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom villa will suit those seeking something easy care, charming and conveniently close to all of your everyday amenities and transport.

Low-maintenance timber-look flooring graces a welcoming open-plan living and dining area off the entry, along with split-system air-conditioning and a gas bayonet for heating. Complementing year-round comfort is a modern kitchen that has been stylishly renovated over time to include double sinks, tiled splashbacks, sleek white cabinetry, a stainless-steel range hood, Venini cooktop/oven and most importantly, clever built in storage maximising the available space without compromising the living area.

Both bedrooms are carpeted, with the larger front master also boasting full-height built-in wardrobes. The laundry (off the kitchen) is separate from the bathroom and leads outside to a private north-facing rear courtyard that combines a drying area with a surprisingly lovely, green garden and a paved setting for sitting and entertaining.

You will love living within arm's reach of lush local parks, outstanding schools, the freeway, public transport (including Glendalough Train Station), the popular Main Street cafe and restaurant strip in neighbouring Osborne Park and both Dog Swamp and Flinders Square Shopping Centres. Joondanna overview

The first of the northern suburbs which were born in the post War period of the 1940s was Joondanna. Originally named Joondanna Heights, Joondanna was chosen after the Perth Road Board launched a competition to find a suitable name in 1939. The competition was won by Mrs A Curtis of Donnybrook who suggested Joondanna as this was the name given by a Mr. Banks to his property. He is believed to have been the first settler and owner of land in the area.
