This striking two-storey stunner delivers instant impact from the street up—think bold lines, feature brick, and layered materials that scream architectural cred. Step through the oversized front door into a soaring double-height void and statement staircase that sets the tone for the high-end design throughout.
Inside, it’s all about elevated everyday living. Timber floorboards ground the open-plan layout, where living, dining and a designer kitchen flow with ease. A statement gas fireplace warms the lounge, while feature lighting brings the mood, day or night.
The kitchen? A total showstopper. Stone benchtops with waterfall edges, a large island, 900mm stainless steel oven and gas cooktop, plus a walk-in pantry—it’s built for entertaining and made to impress. Slide open the double glass doors and step onto the decked alfresco complete with retractable blinds and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. It’s wrapped in lush, established gardens that create the perfect urban retreat.
Completing the lower level, a cleverly positioned guest powder room, a stunning laundry with intelligent inclusions, and a huge double garage with a sealed floor and masses of built-in storage. The garage makes for the perfect home gym or multi-purpose zone.
Upstairs, the private quarters deliver space and serenity. The primary suite includes dual walk-in robes and a luxe ensuite with double vanities and a generous walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms (both with BIRs), a well-appointed main bathroom, and a second living area complete the upper level.
And when it comes to location? You’re perfectly placed in the leafy Stuart Street—on the doorstep of both Beaufort Street and Whatley Crescent’s buzzing café, dining and boutique scenes. Walk to the train, cycle to the city, or simply enjoy the village vibe of one of the area’s most tightly held pockets.
Big on design, low on maintenance, and packed with lifestyle—this one’s got it all.

Maylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
