Tree house that George of the Jungle would LOVE!

Deep in the heart of Kalbarri….lies an oasis on a corner block, in a great street close to the Murchison River in the old side of town. Imagine living surrounded by lush greenery, lazing about on the great verandah with views from your hammock and walking the breeze way through the palms to your private boudoir. This master bedroom has wood floors and ceilings and gives you a nice separation from the main house.

Even George of the Jungle would love this home on stilts located on 825sqm and surrounded by well established tropical palms and garden beds of Tumblagooda stone. Definitely a casual, open a relaxing feeling when you walk around this property, neat tidy, open plan lounge room area that opens out onto the verandah as do the bedrooms.

Going on, the house has a laundry downstairs, lock up garage/shed, kids cubby house and heaps of parking for all your toys.
The bad side is that it is an asbestos clad home and the property needs some handyman love.

But your not far from anything in Kalbarri come a live the dream because nothing will compare to our Kalbarri.

WATCH OUT FOR THAT TREE……………

• Please note asbestos is onsite in the house
• Roller shutters on the front windows
• Land Area - 825sqm
• Above ground bore
• Electric Roller door to shed

Kalbarri overview

Kalbarri is a coastal resort and fishing town, 589 km north north west of Perth. It is located at the mouth of the Murchison River, the area becoming popular in the late 1940s as a tourist and fishing resort. In 1948 the government decided to declare a townsite here, and following the survey of lots the townsite was gazetted in 1951.

The name of Kalbarri was chosen from a list of Aboriginal words compiled by Daisy Bates in 1913. It is a man's name from a Murchison tribe, and also the name of an edible seed. The Aboriginal name for the area of Kalbarri has been recorded as "Wurdimarlu".
