Simply Comfortable!

Effortless, easy and graced by coastal calm, this neat and tidy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom brick-and-tile haven on the corner is all about relaxed low-maintenance “lock-up-and-leave” living, also allowing you to add your own personal modern touches where you see fit.

Let those sensual sea breezes filter in as you embrace the spaciousness of an open-plan family, meals and functional-kitchen area that sits behind a gorgeous French door, a gas bayonet for heating, a ceiling fan, an island breakfast bar with wine racking, a double-door storage pantry, a microwave recess, double sinks and stainless-steel range-hood, four-burner Whirlpool gas-cooktop, Whirlpool oven and Primera dishwasher appliances.

The adjacent open-plan lounge and dining space is shut off by double French doors for privacy and has its own ceiling fan, as well as access out to an intimate under-cover paved garden alcove at the rear – the perfect place to sit and quietly contemplate. The central and commodious master suite headlines the bedrooms with its own split-system air-conditioner and fan, alongside a large walk-in wardrobe and a connecting ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity, under-bench storage and toilet.

The front second bedroom has a fan and built-in robe, whilst the third bedroom at the back of the house plays host to a built-in robe, another split-system air-conditioner and opens out to a small northeast-facing paved courtyard with the most splendid of leafy aspects. Brilliant in its simplicity is a practical main family bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, a powder vanity and under-bench cupboards.

A double linen press can also be found in the hallway, as can the laundry – home to more built-in storage and a separate second toilet. Off here, a generous pitched patio can be found, complete with benched seating for entertaining – or potential extra parking space beyond the lock-up carport.

The main pitched patio sits off the family room, where protected alfresco-style entertaining is enhanced by café blinds for full enclosure – and lush inland views, accompanied by a delightful northern outlook.

Stroll to a plethora of picturesque local parklands, food and shopping at Mindarie Central around the corner, bus stops and the community tennis courts, with all of the magic of Mindarie Marina and beautiful Quinns Beach nestled within arm’s reach, as well. You will absolutely love this property’s very close proximity to Mindarie Primary School, Mindarie Senior College, Peter Moyes Anglican Community School, Quinns Baptist College, Quinns Rocks Primary School, seaside cafes and eateries, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, Clarkson Train Station and the freeway. Coastal convenience aside, this is where simplicity shines!

Mindarie overview

Mindarie is an outer coastal suburb of Perth and forms part of the City of Wannerroo. The suburb was named after Lake Mindarie in nearby Carabooda and is a Noongar word meaning either "stand by" or "green water", first recorded by Alexander Forrest in 1874. After being briefly used for its limestone deposits in the early 20th century, the suburb was formally established in 1988 with the construction of the Mindarie Marina and hotel, one of the largest man-made marina resorts in the state.

Life in Mindarie

While Mindarie is mostly a residential suburb, it does have a fairly large amount of infrastructure and amenities with two minor shopping precincts. The suburb's coastline is taken up by the Mindarie Marina which is a popular tourist destination. Along the boardwalk, the marina contains a three-storey hotel, two restaurants, a microbrewery, a pub and cafe. There is also a primary school, Mindarie Primary School and a secondary school, Mindarie Secondary School, in the area.
