THE HOME:
An extra-wide double entry opens to high ceilings and flows through to a delightfully modern kitchen boasting granite tops, corner walk-in-pantry, 900mm gas cooktop, double fan-forced ovens and a splashback & surrounds tiled right up to the ceiling.
Expansively open planned - the versatile dining and family living space glows in the radiant comfort of a fan-forced slow combustion woodfire OR in any weather via the brand new ducted reverse cycle air conditioning with wireless app connectivity and tablet interface control.
The heart of this home faces the allure of the outdoors through double sliding doors where you'll find alfresco space galore under the patio and plenty of playspace for the kids.
When it's parent's turn to entertain, the young ones can all shut away in the sunken theatre for that cinema experience at home. Save on popcorn and tickets - or sell both to your guests!
Spoil the missus or mister with a true retreat master suite with privately separate access and a sparkling spa ensuite, for the smaller people there's 3 x generous secondary bedrooms with plenty of built-in storage and cleverly conceived powder room adjoining the main bathroom (no more fighting for the mirror).
And finally don't worry about the power sucking appliances getting a workout - you'll have a solar inverter with 24 panels generating about 6.2kW…

THE SHED:
Absolutely deserves it's own heading - because this one has no resemblance whatsoever to your typical suburban storage bundle from Bunnings. Read on...
• 78m2 floor area (6.5mX12m) with so much clearance you simply couldn't lift one high enough. Come and measure if you don't believe me.
• 3Phase powered with recessed concrete slab for the hoist (that bit's negotiable)
• Roller door to the front and sliders on the side + PA door.
• Driveway side access from the frontage to the shed - enough for about 6 cars with the gates closed!

So by now you should have a pretty good inclination to want to see some more of what's on offer here, get a good feel for the area and start planning where your furniture will fit because it's just too good to let slip-by.

Mundijong overview

Mundijong was originally named Jarrahdale Junction. It was at the junction of the Rockingham-Jarrahdale line and the government line from Perth to Bunbury which was built in 1893. A town grew up around the junction, and a timber depot which included a large planing mill was constructed. The town was first declared as "Manjedal" in 1893 as it was thought to be the Aboriginal name of the area. In 1897 this was found to be incorrect, and the name was changed to Mundijong.
