The ULTIMATE hills family home is available now on 289 Lesmurdie Road!

From the Mediterranean style out-door entertaining area and epic side access on a HUGE half acre block, to the large below ground pool, freestanding patio and spacious living areas - this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property really has it all. Rarely does such a unique character home with everything that an astute buyer could want come to the market in Lesmurdie, completely perfect for your family and only available right now! Don't wait. Pick up your phone and give us a call to secure your chance at this beautiful hill's offering.

With gorgeous presentation inside and out, expansive, manicured gardens and a commanding street presence, you may be left wondering why the owners of this immaculate home have decided to sell at all? But it is reluctantly time to downsize. Inside there is a large living area with gorgeous high ceilings, a central kitchen and four comfortable bedrooms. This spacious home even has an additional games room to the side cleverly created by converting the homes original carport - which we can now imagine being used as a 5th bedroom, study, theatre room or even guest suite. (With a home as cool as this, there is a risk you'll have many guests over the years that may never want to leave).

Outside, the gardens are watered by a well which fills up the massive dual backup rainwater tanks! You'll notice that this 2071 square metre parcel is just about as flat as they come in these wonderful hills of ours, so the usability of the land is far superior to many of the other half acre offerings around. What's more with its prime position practically in the centre of all the renowned local schools, your family really can't go wrong with the location here.

Some of the brilliant features you will enjoy are:
• Level 2071 square metres of very usable land
• Below ground pool
• Sheds with side access available
• Cathedral ceiling in main lounge
• Huge kitchen
• Spacious master bedroom with ensuite
• Separate games room/ potential 5th bedroom or guest retreat
• Roof recently repainted
• Freshly serviced ducted air conditioning

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
