Offered to the market for the very first time, Aiyana Retreat is one of Denmark's most treasured accommodation destinations. Nestled amongst pristine native forest and bordering the renowned Bibbulmun Track, this exceptional property offers a rare opportunity to acquire an established luxury retreat where nature, wellness and thoughtful design exist in perfect harmony.
Positioned on approximately 5,100sqm of tranquil bushland on a peaceful no-through road, the property is being sold as a genuine Walk-In, Walk-Out opportunity. Included in the sale are substantial plant and equipment, along with future accommodation bookings, allowing a seamless transition for the new owner.
The retreat comprises two beautifully appointed luxury earth-brick villas in one, thoughtfully designed to provide complete privacy. This space presents exciting potential to be transformed into one expansive residence should your vision change.
Adding further versatility is a separate wellness studio, currently utilised as a massage and wellness space but equally suited to a variety of uses, including conversion into additional guest accommodation or a private studio.
From its inception, Aiyana Retreat was created with a simple yet powerful vision-to offer guests a place to relax, reconnect and rejuvenate. Every element has been carefully considered to celebrate the beauty of its natural surroundings while delivering an unforgettable luxury experience.
Much of the timber removed during construction was milled on-site and handcrafted into bespoke furniture and architectural features. Local artisans Gadi and Lalita have infused the retreat with warmth and authenticity through handcrafted stained-glass windows, home-fired terracotta tiles, custom-built furniture and native timber fittings that beautifully reflect the surrounding landscape.
The result is accommodation that's rich in character, seamlessly blending handcrafted artistry with modern luxury. Premium appointments include quality Miele appliances, indulgent Italian latex mattresses and every comfort expected from a highly regarded boutique retreat.
Guests can step directly onto the Bibbulmun Track, explore the surrounding forests, or wander through to the tranquil waters of Wilson Inlet, making this an exceptional destination for those seeking peace, wellness and connection with nature.
Whether you continue its successful accommodation business or create an extraordinary private sanctuary, Aiyana Retreat represents one of Denmark's most unique lifestyle opportunities.

The townsite of Denmark, located on the south coast 51 kilometres west of Albany, was gazetted a townsite in 1909. It is located on the Denmark River from which it derives its name, the river having been named by the explorer Dr J B Wilson RN in December 1829. Wilson named it the "Denmark" in compliment to his friend Dr. Alexander Denmark R.N. a physician to the fleet. The Aboriginal name "Koorrabup", recorded by Alfred Hillman in 1833, also refers to this area.
Although a townsite was not declared here until 1909, a settlement of this name had existed here for some years previous. A Millars Bros. Timber mill was established on the banks of the river in 1894.
