Stunningly Renovated Family Home with Room for Everything (and Everyone)

Positioned on a generous 1,018sqm corner block, this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home delivers the space, storage and lifestyle that Exmouth families dream of.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home, flowing out to decks at both the front door and rear entertaining area. The renovation extends throughout - new cyclone-rated windows to the north side, four split-system air conditioners (still under warranty), and a versatile extra shower in the laundry with its own side access, perfect for rinsing off after the beach or the boat.

Step outside and the real drawcard begins. A 4.5m x 2.25m fibreglass pool with an exposed aggregate waterfall overhang anchors the fully reticulated gardens and brand-new Sir Walter lawn. For those who need room to work, store or play, there are three sheds - a 6m x 10m main shed, a 6m x 6m medium shed, and a 4.8m x 1.8m storage shed complete with its own toilet, vanity and pool pump housing - plus an 8.5m x 6.5m skillion carport and two driveway accesses, including a sliding gate to Nimitz Street. Plans are already prepared to remove the shed and build an ancillary dwelling (STCA), opening the door to extra income or multi-generational living.

Behind the scenes, the property has been upgraded with a new main switchboard featuring a 1-phase 32A generator connection capable of running the whole house, a cyclone-rated Starlink mount and cabling to the office, and an Xsential Frontier water softener servicing the entire home.

Owner-occupied and ready for vacant possession, this is a rare chance to secure a turn-key home with the all the work complete offering all the storage and outdoor lifestyle that's so hard to find on one title.

Exmouth overview

Exmouth is a townsite on the north west coast, 1260 kilometres north of Perth. It was gazetted a townsite in 1963, and was founded as a support town to the Harold E. Holt Communications Station run by the U.S. Navy.

Exmouth is situated on the western side of Exmouth Gulf from which it takes its name. The feature was named by Commander Phillip Parker King RN of HMS "Mermaid" during hydrographic surveys in the area in 1818. The name honours the Viscount Exmouth, Edward Pellew. Edward Pellew was born in Dover, England in 1757 and died in 1833. He had a very distinguished career in the navy, and was regarded as British naval hero. Pellew entered the Royal Navy at 13 years of age, was appointed Lieutenant in 1778 and received his commision as post Captain in 1780. In 1793 he received a knighthood for his heroic conduct in capturing the "Cleopatra", a French frigate. Three years later he was created a Baronet for his heroic services in saving the troops and crew of the British transport "Dutton". In 1804, he was promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral. In 1814, having risen to the rank of Admiral of the Blue, he was elevated to the peerage as Baron Exmouth of Canonteign, County Devon; and, finally, was advanced to a Viscountcy in 1816 for his gallantry in bombarding and totally destroying the fleet and arsenal of Algiers in that year.
