There's a moment, as you wander through the leafy walkways of Yallambee Village, when the world seems to exhale. The soft rustle of native bushland, the filtered afternoon light, the gentle quiet of Mundaring's hills - it all comes together to create a sense of calm that feels almost rare today.
This beautifully refurbished two bedroom villa sits right at the heart of that serenity. Fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully updated, it offers a warm place to come home to - a space where mornings begin on the veranda with birdsong, and evenings settle softly under the glow of the surrounding gardens. The main bedroom, complete with a built in robe, is a peaceful retreat, while the reverse cycle air conditioning ensures comfort through every season. Practical touches like the combined laundry and bathroom, storeroom, and private carport make daily living effortless.
But what truly sets Yallambee Village apart is the feeling of belonging. Residents speak fondly of the community - neighbours who become friends, shared moments in the large function room, and the simple joy of living in a village designed for connection. Whether it's a casual chat during a stroll or a lively gathering in the communal spaces, life here is shaped by warmth and companionship.
Step beyond the village and you'll find everything you need just a short walk away: Mundaring's cafés, shops, medical services, chemists, library, and the bustling Mundaring Hub. It's convenience wrapped in tranquillity - the best of both worlds.
This villa is offered under a Lease for Life Contract, providing long term security in a setting that feels like home from the moment you arrive.
A peaceful lifestyle. A welcoming community. A home that feels right. This is Yallambee Village.

Permanent settlement in Mundaring began in 1882-84 when Mr Peter Gugeri established a vineyard south of the Eastern Railway. The first railway siding at Mundaring was named after him and for some years the area was generally known as "Gugeris". A later settler, M H Jacoby, took over Gugeris' vineyards in 1893, and named the business the "Mundaring Vineyard Company". The name came from an Aboriginal camp situated nearby and the meaning given to Jacoby by the aborigines was "a high place on a high place". The correct pronunciation was "Mundahring" but common usage has gradually converted this to "Mundairing".
Known as the heart of the Perth hills, Mundaring is located on the eastern edge of the Perth Hills. It offers stunning walking and cycling trails, spectacular state forest and national parks and home to the historic Mundaring Weir. Other facilities include two primary schools (Sacred Heart School and Mundaring Primary School) and one secondary school (Mundaring Christian College).
