Prime Opportunity - Live In, Rent Out or Develop!

Under offer by Ronnie Singh with multiple offers!

Are you searching for an investment with strong future potential? Set on a generous 1034sqm (approx.) block with R25/R60 zoning, this property presents an exciting opportunity for investors, developers, or buyers looking to secure a large landholding in a growing area. Under current zoning guidelines*, there is potential to retain the existing 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home while building two additional single-storey residences at the rear, each with their own driveway, or demolish the existing home and complete a multi-dwelling development (Subject to the council approval).

The home itself is a solid brick and tile residence offering comfortable living, featuring a formal lounge, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen and meals space. The renovated kitchen, ducted evaporative air conditioning, and new LED lighting in common areas add modern convenience, making it ideal to live in or rent out while planning future development.

Positioned on a flat, rectangular block with an impressive 30m frontage, the property allows for dual driveway access and boasts excellent street appeal. Located in a quiet setting directly opposite Connaught Street Reserve and close to Forrestfield Primary School and public transport, it offers both lifestyle and convenience. Just 800m (approx.) away, Hawaiin's Forrestfield Shopping Centre provides easy access to Coles, Woolworths, dining options, and specialty stores, while Perth Airport is only a short 10-minute drive.

Whether you’re looking to invest, develop, or landbank for the future, this is a rare opportunity not to be missed.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake.
