UNDER OFFER! 8 DAYS!

Just wait until you see what's on offer here! IT'S JUST AMAZING!

Original, 1975 built AV Jennings "Dennington" family home, comprising 5, that's right, FIVE BEDROOMS and 1 bathroom and set on a generous 950 sqm block with a single free standing powered brick garage.

The L-shaped formal lounge room and dining room leads through to the centrally located family entertaining area that in turn has sliding door access to the rear of the property.

The kitchen and meals area are adjoining the family area and there is a host of cupboards plus ample bench space and a double, fully shelved pantry.

The home has not been added to since construction and the 5 bedrooms are all part of the initial 1975 build. Whereas the home is in original condition, it certainly is neat and tidy, prim and proper, and now available for one lucky, successful purchaser. Is it you?

Lesmurdie overview

Like Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
