Located in the sought after Reserve on Redgate community in Witchcliffe, this contemporary skillion style four bedroom, two bathroom home blends modern comfort with industrial inspired design. Polished concrete floors flow throughout with a spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where floor to ceiling windows frame stunning treetop views. A cosy wood fireplace and R/C A/C ensure year round comfort.
The generous master suite is positioned at the front of the home and features a large walk in robe and well appointed ensuite. Three additional bedrooms, all with built in robes, provide excellent accommodation options, while a separate study or multipurpose room with sliding door access to the alfresco area offers added flexibility.
The outdoor entertaining space is equally impressive. A huge undercover alfresco area, sheltered from the southerly winds, overlooks the expansive backyard and creates the perfect setting for year round gatherings.
Adding further appeal is an impressive shed that could potentially be converted into an ancillary dwelling (subject to approvals), while still offering ample storage space. There is also extensive undercover parking for vehicles, boats, or recreational equipment.
The property is well equipped for a sustainable lifestyle, featuring established vegetable gardens, fruit trees, a chicken pen, and plenty of room for children's play equipment and pets to roam.
Ideally positioned just a short stroll from the Wadandi Track and the vibrant Witchcliffe village, this exceptional property is also only a short scenic drive from the pristine shores of Redgate Beach and the magnificent Boranup Forest, offering the very best of the Margaret River region at your doorstep.

The townsite of Witchcliffe is located in the south west agricultural region, 286 kilometres south southwest of Perth and nine kilometres south of Margaret River. In 1924 the government extended the railway to Witchcliffe, and at first selected the name Newralingup for the siding, but the name Narawary was approved. However, a Post Office named Witchcliffe had already been opened when the railway siding was named, and Narawary siding was renamed Witchcliffe in February 1925. Also in 1924 interest was shown in blocks of land at Witchcliffe Siding, and after investigation a scheme of subdivision was planned, lots surveyed, and a townsite gazetted in 1926.
The name Witchcliffe was first used in this district for Witchliffe Cave, the name being recorded by a surveyor in 1900. The name was probably given by the Bussell family who settled near here in the 1850's, naming their property "Wallcliffe House". Both the homestead and the cave are in an area of coastal cliffs, hence the "cliffe" part of the name.
