**Currently Tenanted until March 2027**
This is a WHOPPER of an opportunity!
In a time where the tax system rewards investors who build, you need to check out the options available here!
Not only is this a retain and build opportunity, it's technically a retain and DOUBLE BUILD opportunity. the R25/60 zoned CORNER block can potentially host 2 brand new homes on each side of the existing one!
To make this even more juicy - the existing house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! This is very rare indeed, as the retain and build potential properties are usually 3x1s only!
And the best part is, the location is amazing too! Everything cool is "just around the corner". The home is just around the corner from parks and playgrounds, shops and schools, childcare, doctors and more!
The home is a little older and tired in places, but it does have a great layout so would renovate well in my opinion. The kitchen may look like it came straight out of 1972 - but it's spacious enough to upgrade into something rerally awesome!
But renovating is a later problem. For now, this home is being leased by a really cool family so you will have an instant income while you plan your next moves.
This is rare, this is cool, and this is available now - for now.
It's time to call The Mitchell Brothers!

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
