This stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom residence forms part of the impressive "Horizon Apartments on Central" complex that is nice, modern and even boasts quality common gym, barbecue, spa and swimming-pool facilities.
The apartment is also currently rented, with the existing tenants more than happy to stay on after their lease expires later this year. Otherwise, any owner-occupier would love to call this stunning building home, with its ultra-convenient location between the buzzing Whatley Crescent café and restaurant strip and further entertainment and shopping options on Guildford Road simply an added bonus.
The hub of the floor plan is a carpeted open-plan living and dining area, complete with split-system air-conditioning. A covered alfresco-style entertaining balcony off here enjoys a pleasant leafy aspect.
Back indoors, the central tiled kitchen overlooks the lounge and eating spaces and superbly boasts sleek stone bench tops, an electric/ceramic hotplate and contemporary stainless-steel range-hood, oven and dishwasher appliances. The larger master suite is the obvious pick of the sleeping quarters with its own intimate ensuite bathroom - stone vanity, toilet, shower and all.
The combined main bathroom-come-laundry makes the most of both the floor and wall space on offer with its bathtub, showerhead, stone powder vanity, separate wash trough (with stone finishes) and extra built-in storage options.
The spacious gymnasium is air-conditioned, with a splendid lawn area complementing the communal barbecue, pool and spa setup outside. Two secure parking bays complete this exceptional package.

Track propertyMaylands is a riverside inner-city suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres northeast of Perth, serviced by the Midland railway line on the northern bank of the Swan River. In 1896 the name "Maylands" was first used to identify the area, appearing on a poster advertising a land auction. However the exact reason how the area got its name is something of a mystery.
The suburb was once a source of clay for brick and tile making at Maylands Brickworks, and the pits from these activities are now part of a golf course and residential area. It was home to Perth's main airport until the early 1960s, and the facilities were converted to a training area for the Western Australian Police Service.
Maylands is known as a cultural and creative hub as it is home to The West Australian Ballet Centre and home to the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra. In recent years, new bars, cafés and restaurants, along with gourmet food and retail outlets have all contributed to an ongoing transformation of the town centre into a lively, diverse and inclusive destination. There are numerous shopping centres in the area, 15 parks and reserves and two primary schools.
