Wake up to breathtaking panoramic ocean views from the commanding corner position of this 4 bedroom 2 bathroom seaside residence that encourages a relaxed coastal lifestyle and allows you to walk straight down to the beach and the iconic local swimming hole that is Mettams Pool.
Soak in the breathtaking outlook - including magical sunsets in the evening which can be enjoyed from within an enclosed yard space with decking for entertaining and shade sails for protection from the elements.
Inside there is a spacious open-plan family, dining and kitchen area is where most of your casual time will be spent and offers direct yard access, as well as sleek bench tops, wine racking, a breakfast bar, double sinks, an appliance nook, a corner pantry, integrated range-hood, gas-cooktop, oven and microwave appliances, a white Miele dishwasher and so much more.
There is also space for a study nook here, such are the room's super-generous proportions. A pergola and large lawn space make up the private backyard setting. Upstairs, a timber-lined alfresco-style entertaining balcony benefits from the best sweeping vista of all and services a separate living area that essentially splits the property up into two 2x1 spaces, each with their own respective kitchens.
The dreamy sunsets continue up here where both the master bedroom and carpeted open-plan living and dining area both seamlessly extend out to the balcony itself - with the living area also having an integrated kitchen with built-in storage and electric range-hood, hotplate and oven appliances for cooking.
Just sit back, put your feet up and take it all in from the comfort of your bed or couch. The fully-tiled main family bathroom has a bathtub and showerhead, whilst the laundry is well-equipped with ample storage space and extends outside for drying. Gated driveway access into a secure single carport, garage or workshop with space for a car or small boat is simply just an added bonus to the separate double lock-up carport off the property's second street frontage.
Extras include, ducted and split-system air-conditioning, security roller shutters, a large "his and hers" walk-in master wardrobe and a shower and powder vanity in the adjacent ensuite bathroom. With public transport, cafes, restaurants, top schools, lush local parks, pristine natural bushland and so much more within easy walking distance, this truly is the ultimate coastal location to embrace.

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.
Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
