972 SQM WITH A WORKSHOP

Set on an awesome 972 sqm block, this is one home that should sit at the top of your list for a couple of major reasons.

It's a very neat and tidy home.
It's got easy drive through access to the back of the block.
It's got a three-car workshop.
The backyard offers over 500 sqm of usable space.
It's zoned R25/60 so if you don't need a shed, you can potentially retain the house and subdivide the block.

Right in the heart of the almost-finished Kelmscott town centre transformation, this will be a very easy place to live.

INSIDE
The home presents very well with a modern kitchen and bathroom and spacious bedrooms. The main living area is spacious and has the character charm of the open fireplace and the easy practicality of air conditioning. The bedrooms are of a good size and the main bathroom has a separate shower and bath and is in great condition.

OUTSIDE
It's all happening here, with the 6mx9m shed and very easy access through the side gates offering almost 6 metres of access. It's easy care as it is or you can take it to the next level by establishing more gardens and giving the lawn a bit of love.

WHERE IT IS
You are in easy walking distance of Kelmscott Senior High School, medical centres, shopping centres and more. The bus stops just up the street and you're close to the train station, cafes, specialty stores and more!
