Tucked away on the corner of a quiet residential street with views of the 13th fairway just over the road, you’ll love the privacy that this easy care 3 bed, 2 bath home provides.
The orientation of the house invites plenty of natural light into the bright & fresh interior, and the spacious feeling is amplified by high ceilings and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, opening onto the separate home theatre and undercover outdoor entertaining area.
A shopper’s entrance leads into the home from the double garage, taking you to the well planned kitchen with its walk-in pantry, large oven with 5 hob gas cooktop & rangehood, ample storage and space for a dishwasher. The laundry is discreetly placed to the side of the kitchen and has a large walk in linen closet with plenty of space to store your appliances, and access to the outside.
Reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area keeps the climate comfortable year-round, as well as handy retractable shade sails along the eastern face to reduce glare & heat in the warmer months.
The master bedroom is situated at the front of the home and has its own ensuite bathroom and a roomy walk in robe. Both of the good sized minor bedrooms have built-in mirrored robes and are located at the rear of the house along with a second bathroom and separate toilet.
Attractive low maintenance gardens on the 398m2 block give you the gift of more time spent relaxing or playing with the kids, and after sunny days at the beach, you can let yourselves in through the side gate to rinse off the sand & salt under the conveniently located outdoor rainfall shower, which is equipped with a handy extra tap to hose down the family pup. There’s even hot & cold running water thanks to the instantaneous gas hot water system, if you feel like showering under the stars at any time of the year.
A stroll over the road to the golf course, only 300m from the LIA, 1km from Simmo’s and less than 10 minutes’ drive from town, beaches and local schools, this hidden gem will make life a breeze whether you are looking for a minimal upkeep investment, a handy lock-up-and-leave haven, or a home to call your very own.

Track this property
Track propertyThe townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
