What we love..
Bricks and mortar aside, the standout feature is the R5/20-zoned, 2172 sqm lot the existing 257 sqm street-front beauty barely occupies. The impressive lot can be developed to include three additional homes – each occupying 450 sqm. Potential ROI is exceptional. It’s the ultimate house and land package!
Thoughtful, generously proportioned spaces reign supreme in the stunning three-bedroom, two-bathroom 2019 Buildcor Projects design. It is expansive everything – from front yard and porch to the oversized double garage with storeroom; huge walk-in robe and palatial ensuite to the master bedroom.
Drawing upon nearby Guildford’s history and charms, Federation-style influences include a classic façade with an inviting,
elevated porch, leadlight surround front door, and flawless floorboards. Modern convenience hasn’t been overlooked with sleek appliances, stone counters and premium cabinetry providing stylish comfort in the kitchen and bathrooms.
With neighbouring Swan Valley to fill your stomach and social calendar with premium eats, renowned vino and unique events; you needn’t venture far to savour the good life while delighting in your savvy nest egg.
